お昼ご飯は、大阪市内にある中央軒で皿うどんを食べてました。 実は、ココ友人に教えもらったお店なんです。 こいつに、お酢をいっぱいかけて食べたら美味しかったですよ。 今度は、麺が長崎から直送されている、チャンポンを食べてみるかな。

今日は、酸っぱいものが食べたくてカリフラワーのピクルスを作ってみました。 先ずは、カリフラワーを一口サイズに切り塩をかけておきます。 米酢を煮立て塩等の調味料で味を整えた物と、カリフラワーを合わせアラ熱をとり冷蔵庫で冷やした食べられます。

今日行ったお店は、丸富水産目黒店です。 駅から、すぐ近くにあるんだけれど、お店の立地としたらは、最悪だと思うよ。 けど、それ以上の魅力がこのお店には有ると思うよ。 店内の内装は、古民家を解体した古柱を利用し、レトロな海の家を彷彿させる作りです。 スタッフも若くて、活気がある、ある!! いつか、また、いつか来たい店ですね(笑)
